We offer a variety of roles across the organisation in both head office and in our shops including deputy shop mangers, HR and Marketing placements over 3-12 month periods. This provides the opportunity to develop your skills and enables people to realise their potential. As well as gaining knowledge and understanding of how an NGO works, they also help you climb the first steps on your career ladder!

At some organisations people look forward to the weekend, well at Oxfam our people look forward to the week just as much! Our open culture is all about ideas and we like our people to be vocal, take risks and challenge the norms. There's a lot of inter-departmental socialising and competition encompassing everything from Korfball to welly throwing! There’s also our annual international hitchhike Challenge!
