Oxfam has over 700 shops, which span the length and breadth of the country and, like any other major player in the high street, it takes skilled teams to run them profitably.

Latest shop volunteer vacancies

If your local shop isn't listed, please pop in anyway as not all shops list vacancies online.

More than just a sales assistant

Join the dedicated team of professionals and supporters at your local Oxfam shop. Th ere is more skill and scope in working in an Oxfam shop than any other retail outlet in the high street. The majority of the stock is donated to the shops by Oxfam’s supporters. So you never know what's going to come through the front door, how much it will be worth or whether you're going to discover a valuable antique or a rare first edition.

How to apply

To volunteer in an Oxfam shop, simply take a completed application form (Word doc) in to your local shop. The shop manager will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you don't have access to a printer, you can pick up an application form from the shop where you want to volunteer.
