Web Product Manager

Salary: £33,700 - £41,710 (plus market supplement)

The role

You'll take responsibility for the planning and scheduling of work across our a wide range of our digital portfolio, focusing in particular on Oxfam.org.uk. You will be managing staff and freelancers to deliver leading edge projects ontime and to budget. You’ll work closely with the main Digital Teams in Oxfam, helping turn their ideas into reality. You’ll need to be technically savvy, with a good knowledge of the Web 2.0, and be adept at juggling multiple projects. Because this will be a constantly changing environment, your project management skills will be every bit as important as your technical ones.

The person

We’re looking for someone with excellent project management skills, and a background in leading digital projects in a rapidly changing e-commerce environment. You’ll need to bring specific experience of Prince 2, gained within a large project environment. As well as being an excellent people manager you’ll be skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, and at managing freelancers and agencies.
