Oxfam's Emergency Food Security and Livelihoods (EFSL) team bolsters people's natural capacity to cope with food shortages. We empower communities to regain and rebuild their livelihoods. Where there is no food, we provide it. And where there is food, we help people to help themselves by providing highly targeted, country-specific social safety nets as well as pioneering market and cash interventions.
