You will never stop learning at Oxfam – whether from colleagues or through group development work, a tailored course, or individually on your desktop or laptop computer. You may also be supported through one-to-one coaching, or mentoring.
You’ll constantly be amazed at what you will learn from working alongside Oxfam’s highly-professional fundraisers, campaigners, logisticians, administrators, project officers, humanitarian workers, policy analysts, and other staff. You will also have the chance to help others to learn by sharing the knowledge and skills that you bring to Oxfam from previous experiences.
As a member of staff, you will be expected to help manage your own learning and development. With your line manager, you will agree all your learning and development requirements as part of your performance development plan. Wherever you work in the organisation, you will have scope to make use of Oxfam’s learning resources, and to chart a path which helps you to meet your professional interests.
