Work with us: staff benefits

We aim to ensure that pay and benefits always reward our staff fairly for their remarkable work. Find out more about pay and benefits for United Kingdom and International based roles.

Roles based in the UK

Oxfam staff and volunteers from our partner, the Association of Young Economists help people to register for their items.

These are national roles based in the UK, which can usually be recruited from a UK labour market. The salary and benefits are specific to the UK.

Roles based outside the UK

Dushanbe - Nargis Nurullokhoja, Oxfam's Advocacy Officer working at her desk. These are national roles based in the Oxfam GB country of work (not the UK). They require skills that can usually be recruited from a local labour market and attract a package relevant to the labour market in that country.

International Roles

Oxfam staff Fatima Cardoso, Guilherme Brady and Denilde do Monte from Oxfam Brazil at the Oxfam stand, World Social Forum 2005.These are international roles, which require globally competitive skills and regular travel, for which Oxfam would want to recruit from a Global market. These roles attract additional benefits linked to international relocation.
