This is a programme for the annual colloquium, held on International Women's day, 5 March 2006 in Managua, Nicaragua. Many Nicaraguan women gathered to have workshops, discuss the issues, and demand a gender perspective to be included in the national employment policy.

This poster about health and safety appeals to the business sense of Nicaragua's factory owners and the good sense of the workers. It argues that prevention is cheap, and productivity can be maintained if health and safety criteria are addressed. It was used throughout the campaign in conjunction with cinema and radio advertisements.
