Why run for Oxfam?

Your £300 sponsorship could provide shelter for 21 families in a crisis. Tarpaulins and tents… these help provide the materials needed to build a shelter when a crisis hits. Delivered and distributed by Oxfam anywhere in the world, these materials will help put a roof over families’ heads, and give them somewhere to call home until they can get back on their feet.

"Thanks so much to the Oxfam team for giving me the boost I needed at Mile 8, and for all the fellow Oxfam runners who gave some added support along the way! Thoroughly enjoyed my first Great North Run."

Countdown is on!

... until you cross the start line in the Great North Run!
