A Bachelor Girl in Burma

£80.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

This is the 1907 decorated cloth-bound edition of "A Bachelor Girl in Burma". It was written by G.E. (Geraldine Edith) Mitton (1868-1955), an English novelist, biographer, editor, and travel writer. This book contains ninety-five photographic illustrations, and there is an unfolding map at the back. Condition: the boards show some mild rubbing and discolouration, and also have some moderate corner-bumping. The edges, particularly the top edge, have some moderate foxing. There is a dedicatory sticker on the pastedown, and there is some mild foxing near the front and back of the book's interior. However, the interior pages are generally crisp and clean. The binding is fairly strong.
