An Universal History from the Creation to A.D. 1828

£100.00

Product description

This is a very rare book, written by Edward Quin, of which no other copy can be found.
Edward Quin also published 'An Historical Atlas in a Series of Maps of the World', of which several editions were issued. This atlas is now very rare and highly collectable. Subsequently, Quin went on to produce this 'Universal History from the Creation', printed in 1837.

This copy is in exceptional condition, considering its age. The blue cloth cover is good, with some fading to the edges and some curling at the corners. The spine is still good, faded with small tears at the top and bottom. The inside pages are very good, tight to the spine, with slight foxing in places. The 2 title pages are joined at the top a fault in the printing.

A highly collectable book.
