All pages are securely bound and the pages are gilted.
Page edges and corners are fine.
Bumped corners of hardback cover and the outer layer of the corners is missing.
Spine is also rubbed at edges showing cardboard underneath.
The print is fine on the pages some fading and staining due to age.
There is a date and a name written in ink on the inside of the cover at the top.
There is a pencil price written at the top of the first page.
There is a pencil name written on the back inside cover at the bottom.
