Published in 1935 this hardback volume is in good condition. The dust jacket notes ' A short, vigorous book on Economic Freedom. Mr Hirst defends free competition, free markets, private capital, and private property against the attacks of economic nationalists and socialists. There are chapters on Freedom of Trade, on Communism, and on the Socialist challenge to private property.'

The dust jacket is intact. The dj has minor tears, scuffs and bumps to the head and tail of the spine. It is also light damaged but non price clipped. The rust coloured boards are in good condition although faded. Internally the pages are clean, unmarked and tight to the spine.
