Good condition for a second-hand book: light edge-wear and soiling to dust-jacket, mainly to spine ends and flap folds with 1 x 1.3cm and 1 x 1.5cm closed tears to front top edge and 1.8cm closed tear to rear bottom edge, light sticker damage to jacket front, torn price sticker to spine, light sunning and liquid stain to spine; light bumping to hardcover corners and spine ends, light denting to front cover top and bottom edges, light slanting to spine; light cracking between pages 112 and 113, and pages 192 and 193, all pages remain intact; light partial tanning to front free endpaper, light foxing to page edges, title pages, spot stain to page 5/6, otherwise internally fine given age of book.

Oxfam Distribution Centre Bournemouth

Here at the B.D.C. we source goods for stores in the Dorset, Wiltshire and Avon area, by house collections and clearances, corporate and personal donations as well as emptying numerous textile and book banks in the area. We have been awarded the "Best National Oxfam On-Line Store" for 2009/10. All of our items have been listed by volunteers who have done a fantastic job, and we are always looking for new volunteers to help us with our on-line operation. We are not open to the public.
