Published in 1967 by Weidenfeld and Nicolson, this is Andrew Sinclair's novel Gog. From the blurb:

"Just after the Nazi surrender in 1945, a seven-foot man is washed ashore on the Scottish coast, naked and suffering from amnesia. Very good condition hardback on black cloth boards with gilt titles to the spine. Some light wear. Original dustjacket is in acceptable condition, being chipped, creased and partially torn and repaired with tape.
