Land of Youth E A, Winnie the Luck Child, the Wee Man from the Top of the Hill, the Secret Name

£12.99

Product description

A nice little book unfortunately not in very good condition. It consists of several short stories with line illustrations in black and red.

Nisbet hardback with no DJ. The black cover has red lettering on the front. The spine is bleached with no lettering visible. The edges of the boards show wear and the corners are bent. It is an ex-library book with a LCC stamp on the reverse of the front board - but no other evidence of its library life. The title page of "The Wee man from the top of the hill" has "Mum" in red crayon on it and there is a 4 cm vertical tear of the lower margin of page 13 of the Tale of the Tilly-Milly-May. Some pages are a little grubby. The pagination is discontinuous. Binding fair with some looseness of the hinges and a strip of browned cello tape h9oloding the hinge at eh start of "!The Secret Name"

A nice book but it has seen better days - hence the price.
