There is a diagram of a typical wiring system and the various circuits are explained together with the concept of electro-magnetism. The book is well illustrated with explanatory diagrams and the text details the electrical system as existed at the time of printing.

The book has a soft cover which is showing signs of wear and the pages are slightly discoloured at the edges. The pages are unmarked except page 55 which also has a slight tear (see picture).
