Publisher: Ward, Lock & Co, London and Melbourne, c 1925. Hardback, no dustjacket, profusely illustrated in b&w with two full page colour illustrations, all by H.G.C Marsh Lambert. Cover, in pictorial boards with red cloth spine, black titling to spine and yellow titling to front is in fair to good condition commensurate with age, with some shelfwear to edges, some fading and wrinkling to spine, minor bumping to spine extremities and some light grubby marks to back. Internally the book is in fair condition for its age with some partial splitting of the binding in a few places, exposing the stitching etc, however all pages are secure and binding is still together. Enpapers, text pages and illustrations are still clean and bright for their age, including the two lovely full page colour illustrations. Overall, a fair, decent copy of a lovely children's nursery rhyme book from the 1920s with beautiful illustrations.
