Old Yorkshire, second series

£14.99

Product description

In continuing the yearly issue of 'Old Yorkshire' in a second series, the editor has always borne in mind the promise he made in announcing the series - that it should be his especial care to deal with the history of Old Yorkshire, and to include only articles which shall be reliable authorities on the subject of which they treat.

Hard back book. No dust jacket. The cover, over the spine, has almost completely become detached. There are some minor marks on the covers and the spine bears 'Y 942 74', which corresponds to the class number written in the front of the book, along with a Barnsley Reference Library sticker and stamps. The same number also appears on a label inside the rear cover. Apart from the damage to the cover, the binding is generally in good condition throughout the book. The pages are in very good condition considering the age of the book, with virtually no marks, and clear text and illustrations.
