Plain Tales from the Hills (Volume II)

£34.99

Product description

This splendid early 20th century edition (date unstated) of Plain Tales from the Hills, written by Rudyard Kipling and published by Chas A. Lind & Co, is Volume II in The Works of Rudyard Kipling collection.

This particular copy comes from the 'edition deluxe' collection and is number 28 of just 1000 copies published. It was printed exclusively for subscribers only.

The book can be considered as good condition - its blue cloth hardboards are a little bumped and scuffed to edges. Internally, there is a small split in the binding and the previous owner's name is written on the front free endpaper. Apart from that, pages are free of any signs of wear.

A must-have edition of this classic set of tales for all collectors of Kipling's work.
