A set of three rare maps. They are:

1. "English Roads at a Glance In 12 Sections for Motorists, Cyclists, Golfers: No. 12 Devon & Cornwall". Published circa 1910 by George Philip & Son. Booklet 48 pages.Publisher's original twine bound blue printed card wrap covers. 8vo. 7'' x 5''. Contains 48 printed pages of double page maps preceded by 8 page index. Contains lists of hotels and golf courses, touring record pages to record your journeys, and double-page maps at 3 miles to 1 inch. In reasonably good condition.
2. "Geographers' Six Inch Map of Central London with Postal Districts Clear and Up-to-Date Parking Places and Garages One-Way Streets Main Routs out of London House Numbers Also Places of Interest and Underground Railways Indexed." Published by Geographers' Map Company under direction of Alexander Gross. Undated. Circa 1950? Index of 4,000 streets. Pale paperback cover. Folded map. In poor condition.
3 "W.H. Smith & Son's Plan & Guide: London with index to streets." Plan of London. Blue covers. Mounted on cloth. Scale 3 1/4 inches to a mile. By John Bartholomew. Folded map laid on linen. 33 x 23 inches. Visitors' Guide to London, Index to streets and railway stations, 37 pp. Map folded into blue cloth cover, with advertisements on the back. Advertisements on front paste down and pasted on to verso of p. 37 and folds of map. Extremities worn and some splits along folds of map. The map was produced by John Bartholomew for W. H. Smith from about 1875 until the early years of the twentieth. This is undated but is probably early twentieth century.

All of these maps are well used and somewhat battered. The London maps have some tears along the folds.
