Ricitos de Oro y los tres ositos/Los tres cerditos

£40.00

Product description

A delightful children's collection from 1960 written entirely in the Spanish language, this book is a double-sided pop-up anthology comprising 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' (Recitos de Oro y los tres ositos) and The Three Little Pigs (Los tres cerditos).

The book was published by Bancroft & Co in Westminster, London and printed in Czechslovakia.

The book is generally in good condition, considering its age.

All pop-ups are fully working and moveable, albeit rather stiff and with some signs of wear. There is only one pop-up in particular (the page where the bears discover someone has eaten their porridge) which is heavily damaged and torn. The outside of the book is rather scuffed and bumped with fading and creasing to its spine and hard boards. Vivid colour images of the fairy tale characters adorn each cover.

Internally, pages are free of any writing, highlighting and markings. Binding remains tight, consisting of thin yellow string bindings.

A delightful children's book for collectors and lovers of fairy tales.
