Published 1933. hardback without dust jacket. Green cloth boards with title on front in black. Some chipping, fading and fraying to cover but this is a nice tight copy with a few minor stains (burn marks?) to the edges of p. 129-p. 144. Test is clean and unmarked. Previous owner's name in pencil on front page.

"At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Southern Railway Company, held at Waterloo Station, on the 21st day of July, 1932 :-

It was resolved, -
"The the Rules for the guidance and instruction of the officers and Servants of the Company now submitted be and they are hereby approved and shall be brought into operation on the 1st January, 1933; also that all Rules inconsistent therewith or made obsolete thereby shall from such date be cancelled."
