Product description

The Book of Common Prayer and Administration of the Sacraments and other Rites and Ceremonies of the Church according to the Use of the Church of England; together with the Psalter or Psalms of David. Printed by Charles Bill and the Executrix of Thomas Newcomb, deceas'd, Printers to the Queens most Excellent Majesty 1707.

The Whole Book of Psalms at back of book was printed by W.B.for the Company of Stationers 1706.



In used condition,front board and end papers partially detached, block tight. Some evidence of damp. Marbled end papers. Owner's name dated 1800 on end paper.
Bound in leather, but worn and some areas of leather missing (head and tail of spine,and spine side to head of boards. The edges are worn and the corners bumped and exposed. Embossed design to front and back boards, leather marked and discoloured. Traditional binding with cords forming the raised bands. Leather of spine in poor condition but attached. Priced to reflect condition.
