Product description

Green leather covered book with raised bars to the spine which has the titles in gilt. The page edges are all gilt also, top, side and bottom edges. The end facing pages and inside the cover are marbled. The front inside cover has a name plate attached with the name John Bramley-Moore Esq printed on it. On the title page there is an inscription which reads: "From Helen and Willie to their valued friend J W Bramley-Moore Mentone 1879 March 13th. The work of their dear mother." Internally the book is clean, bright and tightly bound. There is only one illustration which is a frontispiece, an etching of a view of Monaco from inland. The book was published in 1867 by Tinsley Brothers of London. The author is H Pemberton.
