Light wear to covers and spine with light bumping to cover corners and spine ends exposing board material at bottom corners, light slanting to spine, light bowing to covers along fore edges, light rubbing to rear cover, light tanning to spine, half-title page and final page; light cracking between pages 4 and 68 and facing plates, cracking between final page and rear free endpaper, all pages and plates remain intact, light creasing to rear free endpaper; completed presentation bookplate to front pastedown endpaper, light foxing to page edges, endpapers, title and contents pages, occasional foxing elsewhere, otherwise generally clean internally with clear text and illustrations throughout.

Oxfam Distribution Centre Bournemouth

Here at the B.D.C. we source goods for stores in the Dorset, Wiltshire and Avon area, by house collections and clearances, corporate and personal donations as well as emptying numerous textile and book banks in the area. We have been awarded the "Best National Oxfam On-Line Store" for 2009/10. All of our items have been listed by volunteers who have done a fantastic job, and we are always looking for new volunteers to help us with our on-line operation. We are not open to the public.
