Cover, in green board with illustrated front cover and spine also gilt titling to spine, is in decent condition with some bumping to spine but corners are in very good condition. Colour plate frontispiece by Victor Prout. Book is in good sound condition with some foxing to page edges. Binding is firm and tight. Sunday School inscription on inside front cover dated Advent 1917.
