With biographical introductions by his daughter Anne Ritchie In thirteen volumes. This is Volume 3 - With portraits of Thackeray, and illustrations by George Cruikshank.

The Memoirs of Mr. Charles J. Yellowplush, The History of Samuel Titmars and h The Great Hoggarty Diamond , Cox's Diary etc etc.

Beautiful volume and finely bound in smooth blue half-calf with blue boards and pale blue marbled endpapers (slight toning to extreme edged on recto) . Neat owner paste down sticker to front matter - No Inscriptions - boards have few marks; frontis of Thackeray and tissue guard are very good ++ and etchings throughout the volume. Gilt detail to covers and spine which has five raised bands. Spine is rubbed in places especially at ends and very small tear to top but no loss
