One or two marks to boards and sligyht sunning to spine. Bound in maroon cloth gilt, [xvii], 92pp, colour frontis with captioned tissue-protector, illus throughout with plates in b/w and colour. The artist has also written various itmes to the verso of the title page making this a very unusual copy.

Colour reproductions throughout of prominent people the artist has painted portraits of. H.R.H. Prince of Wales, Presidents Herbert Hoover and Franklin Delano Roosevelt among them. Roosevelt wrote a letter praising the artist - which is reproduced in this book
