A book combining photography and poetry, and describing a journey of self-discovery to reaching self-understanding and personal fulfillment and showing how the principles of personal enlightenment can be applied to large organisations with similar results.

The boards are clean and with slight bumping to corners and spine ends. No dust cover. The fly leaves and some lower pages appear to have suffered minor water damage, but with no discolouration. Otherwise pages and illustrations are clean.

The author has signed "To Nick, warm wishes, Andrew" on the ffep.
