About this item

The dust jacket has some edgewear - and has a 2cm tear along the bottom of the spine - , otherwise a clean, unmarked copy. Size: 23 x 32cmzs.

Book featuring the drawings of Mark Boxer, who "captured a generation for a generation". - that is, for over two decades before his death in 1988, Marc's were the caricatures that counted. Weather politics or media, showbiz or sport- if you hadn't been 'Marced' you hadn't made it.

As recalled here by friends like George Melly and Martin Amis, Mark Boxer's was a complex character. With a foreword by the satirist Craig Brown. Edited by Mark Amory.
