A hardback catalogue of Dutch Landscape paintings published to accompany an exhibition in the Hague held in 1991. It was to celebrate the opening of the new premises of Hoogsteder and Hoogsteder, dealers in Dutch and Flemish Old Masters. The original text was written by Paul Huys Janssen and Peter C. Sutton, here translated into English by Andrew McCormick and Beverley Jackson. Apart from all the beautiful colour and black and white plates, the book includes full details of each artist and the provenenance of the work which were mostly for sale at the time of the exhibition.
The hardback is in good condition with green boards, and gold printing, and the glossy pages are clean. The dust jacket shows some wear and is scuffed round the edges.
