'Compiled from War Office reports by the British Committee on the Preservation and Restitution of Works of Art, Archives and other material in enemy hands'. 209 pp comprising : Part 1- South of Bologna ( 1945) and Part 2- North of Bologna together with Regional Summaries and a Supplement to Part 1 (1946) . Illustrated in b/w with the paperback card covers bound in at the end - Part 1 with a red border and Part 2 with a green border.The boards are bumped and show some surface wear.The binding is tight but the spine is stained and rubbed. There are library stamps/labels still present and a few lines of pencilled notes on the top of the title page and the beginning of the Foreword. The top cut edge is browned with several tiny spots. The end papers are foxed but he actual text is clean and unmarked.

One of the largest bookshops in the Oxfam network, Reading Books has more than 5000 different titles in the shop at all times. We have unusually large sections in science fiction and fantasy, literature, history, travel, children's, business and the sciences. There is plenty of space for browsing and a couple of chairs for customers who wish to inspect books more closely. We also have a catalogue of about 1000 collectable books that are kept in the backroom, and these can be brought out for customers to view on request.
