L W Cole Distributors Limited

£50.00

Product description

This is the story of a fascinating Midlands entrepreneur, Stanton Wilding Cole, and the 50-year-old company, L W Cole (Distributors) Ltd., that is his legacy. After following his father into the brewing industry, Stanton Wilding Cole moved into motor cycles and engineering, receiving the OBE for his involvement in trench warfare research and development during the First World War.

The company's 50-year history has largely been one of expansion, acquisition and growth. Now a distributor rather than a wholesaler, and modernised and slimmed down in the latest recession, L W Cole looks forward to its next 50 years.
