R.O.- The life and times of Bishop Ronald Hall of hong Kong

£6.99

Product description

R.) Hall was Bishop of Hong Kong for 34 years. Best known as the Bishop who ordained in 1944 the first Anglican woman priest, his life's work was to lead the Church in working for the Kingdom as Hong Kong,s population multiplied by ten.
His influence on pre-war members of the student Christian Movement and WSCF, and on the present leaders of the Church in China was profound. His vision of the work of the missionary, the Anglican Communion, ecumenism, non-stipendiary ministry, and of the revolution in China was ahead of his time. Yet it is for his care of individuals that he is best remembered.
