Dereck Brockway is a qualified meteorologist employed by the Met Office for 20 years. In 1997 he became main weather forecaster for BBC Wales. He now presents a number of radio and television programmes.
Based on the BBC Wales television and radio series Weatherman walking, the book includes directions and insight into the heritage, social history, wildlife and topography of some of Wales's most attractive landscapes.
