Professor John Haynes is a leading authority on Alternative Dispute Regulation. After moving from the United Kingdom, Professor Haynes taught at the School of Social Welfare at Stony Brook University in New York from 1972 until 1985. During this period he lectured extensively in the United States and subsequently he has lectured throughout the United Kingdom and in many other countries. he has undertaken many professional in-house training programmes for solicitors, probation officers and social workers. he has presented his training programme to over 10,000 professionals in 14 countries. he is the author of four books on mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He has also written many articles for journals.

Some scratches to hard cover and folding to corners and edges of spine. Minor brown spotting and marks to edges of pages, especially noticeable at top nearest spine.
