A 1959 Reprint in original red boards. The boards have a few white marks in the front cover (paint?), with some shelf wear and finger marks to front and back boards. There is no Dust Jacket. The book is becoming detached between the front board and ffep showing the linen backing with some light foxing to the ffep and rfep. Inside the book in clean subject to a few small foxing spots on a few pages. The book tells the story of the author's childhood and her first house under the dining room table; leading to a tree-house as she grew up and advice to children on how they can make their own houses. Delightfully illustrated throughout.
