Collection of some of the earliest Biggles stories. Contains nine short stories. There is no publication date stated but date of publication is believed to be April 1964.

Sea green dimple-patterned cloth binding with black lettering and publisher motif to spine; colour illustrated dust-jacket.

Good condition for a second-hand book: moderate edge-wear to dust-jacket with chipping to spine ends and front bottom edge, lesser chipping to rear flap folds, closed tears and creasing to top and bottom edges with 3cm closed tear to front bottom edge and 4cm closed tear to rear top edge, crease to rear flap fore edge; light bumping to hardcover corners and spine ends, light slanting/twisting to spine; 2cm closed tear to page 125/126 fore edge; moderate tanning to page edges and margins with light soiling to top edge of pages, light tanning to free endpapers, half-title page and some other pages, mainly early and late pages, otherwise internally fine given age of book.

Our online operation is powered by a team of hard-working volunteers (we're always looking for more help), sorting, valuing and listing on our online shop and Amazon.

We also offer books by the yard / metre / foot for set dressing  films, TV, theme pubs, bars and art projects. We can supply all types of books, starting at £8 per metre. We can even theme to your needs by subject, hardback, paperback, colour or date. Obviously the more specific, the more lead time is required. We may be able to offer local delivery.
