Boys Book of Stories

£8.99

Product description

The cover to this book is in a poor condition, on it's edges the book looks like it has been chewed and damaged. The front board is still viewable, and the title clear with some scrapes. The top of the cover of the spine has started to come away, but is more attached to bottom, and is helping to keep the book together. The lower left of the back board has been torn off possibly by the water damage that surrounds it. There is also pencil marks on the back board. There is a school award sticker in the front paste-down dating the book to around 1935. The page edges inside have been damaged, and in some cases torn, with parts stuck to other pages. However the text is still readable and generally un-obscured. There is foxing and browning to the edges of the pages. There is also some dirt and smudge marks, among other marks to parts of the pages. A few of the pages have been damaged at the edges by water, and there a few holes at the back pages from bookworms.

Inside this book are tales such as A Job For The Holidays, The Speed Kings and The Classroom Feast, for you or your child to enjoy and get lost in the adventures.
