Quarter-bound with dark green cloth binding to spine and red pictorial paper-covered boards.

Light wear to covers and spine with moderate edge-wear to covers revealing board material in places, rear hinge split with rear free endpaper missing, markings to front and rear covers; pages 47 to 50, page 161/162 and pages 167 to 173 starting to detach, cracking between pages 56 and 57, pages 92 and 93, pages 108 and 109, pages 124 and 125 and pages 162 and 163, all pages remain intact, 7cm closed tear to page 163/164 fore edge; light foxing to endpapers and page 173, bled-through stain to pages 33 to 47 bottom margin, occasional foxing/soiling internally but generally clean internally with clear text and illustrations throughout.

Oxfam Distribution Centre Bournemouth

Here at the B.D.C. we source goods for stores in the Dorset, Wiltshire and Avon area, by house collections and clearances, corporate and personal donations as well as emptying numerous textile and book banks in the area. We have been awarded the "Best National Oxfam On-Line Store" for 2009/10. All of our items have been listed by volunteers who have done a fantastic job, and we are always looking for new volunteers to help us with our on-line operation. We are not open to the public.
