Captain Rebel

£7.99

Product description

Hardback with dark red cloth covers, it has gilt titling on the spine. It is in good condition, although the spine is faded. Set in the American south at the time of the civil war, Tyler Meredith runs the Yankee blockade with guns and supplies for the Confederacy. He is a rebel to the depths of his soul, who defies not only the Yankee cruisers, but his own fellow-confederates, the church in which his own brother is a minister, and the society in which he lives. His compelling attraction forces Susan Drake to disregard her sense of honour. Married to a Southerner who is fighting for their cause, she is ready to follow Tyler wherever he may lead.
