"Set in the Plymouth Barbican of the 1880s, and a magnificent stately home near KIngsbridge, this is the story of two worlds, which are about to cross over - one on the rise, and the other due for a fall." This book is in very condition, with slight scuffing to edges of cover, and slight marking to cover and edges of pages. Spine has been bent. Internally, pages are excellent and appear not to have been read very much. This is a 2005 reproduction of the original book published before 1923.
