Published in 1965 by Hodder And Stoughton. Maroon cloth bound hard covers with red and gilt lettering to the spine. Very light shelf wear with one very light bump to the top edge of the rear board. All pages are lightly sunned and tightly bound. There is moderate to notable foxing to the front and rear end pages and all closed edges, the great majority of the text block is unaffected. No inscriptions. No dust jacket.
