Publisher: George H. Doran Company, 1923. Signed Copy. A collection of short essays and stories by prolific author E. V. Lucas. Brown cloth boards, with what seems like a paper covering, the title is on the cover and spine in black. No Dustcover. The covers are worn, with usual signs of shelf ware such as denting to the corners and top and bottom of spine, worn edges and a few scuff marks. The inside of the book is in a fairly good condition, with the noticeable fault being some foxing throughout the book, but otherwise the text is clear. The inscription from the author is on the first title page.
