Set of 2 Frank Yerby books - Western and Gillian

£7.99

Product description

A batch of two books namely Western and Gillian from this award winning author.

Western is an epic saga of the Old West, bringing to vivid life the farmers, gunmen, cardsharps, lawmen, blacksmiths, saloon keepers and women, good and bad, who went out to Kansas determined to win themselves new lives. Published in 1984 by Panther books. Minor shelf wear otherwise in good condition.

Gillian tells the tale of a strange tangle of love and hate woven around depraved, man-hungry Gillian. There were so many people who had reason to hate her, who could have had cause to kill her. Bart Bryce whom she used and discarded, Michael Ames the husband she drove to drink. Each had compelling reasons for murdering her. Yet behind her death lay a secret so horrible that it had perverted her life and affected and infected everyone who cam into touch with her.
This edition published in 1973. There is sunning and the first two end papers are partially detached from the spine. Generally in good condition.

Both books are a great read!
