The Comedy of the White Dog - Alasdair Gray - Signed

This book contains two short stories - The Comedy of the White Dog and The Crank Who Made the Revolution. This book was published in 1979 by Glasgow Print Studio Press and is the first book published by Alasdair Gray. Edition of around 600 copies originally, reportedly many of them were later destroyed by Gray. There were two original editions, one signed and one unsigned,. this edition was one of the unsigned copies but was later signed by Alasdair Gray at the Edinburgh Book Festival.

The book is a stapled paperback edition consisting of two short stories later printed in "Unlikely Stories, Mostly". It is in very good condition except for one spot stain at the bottom of the front cover.

Extremely rare.
