Product description

Everybody said that Joy and Sabrina's love was doomed from the start because their differences were too great. But Joy was determined to prove them wrong. Ever since their hasty elopement, he had been trying to wipe out those differences, but, no matter how hard he tried, he could not weed out his own inner demons. These feelings of unworthiness haunted him and suddenly, everything fell apart. The worst part was, that it was undeniably all his doing. Can he ever find forgiveness and right the wrong that he has done? "Tanveer has been ostracized from his family due to his chosen marriage to an English woman. But now, after thirty-three years, he is back to face all those who he had become estranged from, just to find some peace in his heart. But will his dying father forgive him and will he ever fit in to family who seem like total strangers? How will he reconcile so many years of abandonment" Although her family has been relentless to accomplish what they see as inevitable, Maya has been fighting against an arranged marriage all her adult life. Has her incessant refusals been about her ambitions or her principals, or is it a more a deep seated fear that stems from a painful past. Then one day she finds that she has no choice but to accept her fate. How will she admit a total stranger into her life? How will she overcome her fears? Will each of them find a way to reconcile their hearts and adjust to their new fate?

Oxfam Shop Cardiff

Our shop is situated in the Heath area of Cardiff, we work out of the Retail premises on Whitchurch Road, where Oxfam has been for over 35 years. Our role online, as with all Oxfam shops is to raise money in order to overcome poverty and suffering around the world including here in Wales. We could not achieve that without precious volunteer support which we are extremely grateful for. We need more of this valuable support and ask,if you live in or around Cardiff, to get in touch on: oxfamshopf5302@oxfam.org.uk. If you are able to spare a morning or afternoon each week with us, that would be fantastic, we offer the opportunity to expand your skills in many areas, work for one of the biggest charitable organisations in the world and importantly, you would be directly helping the poor and needy around the globe.
