The Return of the "Cutty Sark"

£17.99

Product description

The Cutty Sark was one of the last great 19th century tea clippers to be built, and the only clipper ship of any type to be restored. Today it is berthed proudly at Greenwich, where it is one of London's most popular tourist attractions. This book tells the story of the Cutty Sark, from her being built in 1869, through her trading years and all the way to her purchase and restoration in 1921.

A hardback book in very good condition. The cover shows some signs of wear, and small parts have flaked off over time. Inside, the pages have coloured slightly with age, but are unmarked and the text is clear. There is a name written inside the front cover.

This book is a first edition.
