The cover of the book of the book is in good condition overall, though it has worn down somewhat. There is one corner that has a fold and the paper cover has frayed somewhat along the edges. There are also minor but visible markings on the front and back cover. Inside the front cover, there is a name which has been written in pen. The pages of the book appear to be in very good condition, and there appears to be no issues with the art, or the written pages.
