Rags and Bones

£54.99

Product description

Frank Grace is an historian with a long standing interest in the local history of Suffolk. In this book he details the experiences of living in the St. Clement's district slums through the eyes of it's residents, using migrants, drunkards and criminals to convey the experiences of a 19th century working-class community.

This book is signed by the author and has a signed personal note from him inserted to the inside title page. It is a first edition from 2005 and is in a generally excellent condition, with some wear and foxing to the corners. It includes a map insert and is almost as new in every other regard.
